Why Aerate?
Most soils are not naturally porous and the gound becomes compacted which limits optimal levels or air and water for lawn to thrive. Aeration in cooler season while overseeding creates a desierable environment for turf grass.
We use core aerating to improve the soils structre, improve nutrient absorbtion, creating an environment for oxygen and nutrients to work creating new and deeper root growth for a thicker lawn.
